1) Agreement

By accessing or using Warning (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) The Service

Warning provides API monitoring and alerting features. The Service may change over time and may include limits, quotas, and paid usage.

3) Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for how you use the Service and for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
• You are responsible for providing required disclosures to your own end users and customers, and obtaining any necessary consents.
• You are responsible for securing your credentials (API keys, passwords) and for all activity under your account.

4) IP Addresses and Fraud Detection

The Service may process request metadata (including IP addresses) to detect abusive or potentially fraudulent activity (for example, API key sharing). You acknowledge and agree that:

• You (not Warning) are responsible for informing your own end users/customers that such metadata may be processed for abuse/fraud detection.
• Warning is not responsible for your disclosures, notices, consents, or policies toward your end users/customers.

5) No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Warning does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that alerts will detect every issue.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warning will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
